1. DEFINITIONS:
The term “A&CE” shall mean Audio & Communications Experts, Inc. The term “Buyer” shall mean (customer name).
2. PRICE:
This order shall be filled at prices quoted to the Buyer on the face of this document. No increase from the quoted price will be authorized unless approved in writing by the Buyer. Any changes to this order require signatures from both parties. Estimates are only valid for 30 days after the date that this order is dated, and are not assignable or transferable to any person other than the Buyer. By signing below, signor acknowledges they are providing a personal guarantee to be responsible for any and all charges applied for services rendered or goods provided. By signing this document, both parties agree that the deposit listed above (if any) has been paid. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
3. WARRANTIES AND EXCLUSIONS:
30-DAY GUARANTEED UNLIMITED FREE SERVICE CALLS
For 30 days after purchase/installation, A&CE will service (not repair) equipment purchased from A&CE for FREE.
20-DAY DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE GUARANTEE
In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, A&CE will replace any product purchased from us which becomes defective within 20 days of your purchase date. If a replacement is not available, A&CE will offer full store credit toward the purchase of a like product.
LIFETIME LABOR WARRANTY
No service call fee on labor provided by A&CE (doesn’t apply to materials & parts, ONLY labor).
Unless expressly stated in this agreement, sellers do not make any express or implied representations, statements, warranties, or conditions of any kind or nature. A&CE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
4. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- A 20% restocking fee is charged for consumer electronics returned without the original box or without all of the original product packaging and accessories, or for products which are used.
- Consumer electronics returned in opened boxes may be determined to be used (and subject to a full restocking fee) at the sole discretion of A&CE.
- Special and custom orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase are subject to a 20% order cancellation fee.
- If disclosed at the time of purchase, some items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. MISCELLANEOUS:
This order constitutes the entirety of all agreements and understandings between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements, whether written or oral. No modification to any term of this order shall be effective unless it is in writing, and this provision may not be waived by the parties, or modified by the parties’ subsequent actions. The Buyer agrees that it shall pay any and all costs associated with collecting any amount which is owed under this order, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees (at both the trial and appellate levels) and prejudgment interest. This order shall be governed by the laws of Florida, and exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie, and all legal proceedings shall be brought, in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County or Manatee Bradenton County, Florida.
